Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline and dignified behavior inside as well as outside the College campus. They shall abide by the rules and regulations of the College and University, and act in a way that reflects the discipline and esteem of the College.

Students should be respectful towards teachers, staff members, and fellow students.

Students shall abide by the six-day working schedule of the College (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).

Students with laboratory sessions must report to the lab on time.

Students must leave the classes and campus immediately after 4:00 p.m., unless assigned special duty. No loitering in verandahs, corridors, staircases, or excessive time in canteen/coffee shops.

Leave applications (regular & medical) must be submitted in time for sanction by HOD and teachers concerned. Medical leave must be supported with valid certificates.

Students must be present in classes on time. Latecomers will lose attendance and may face fines.

Attendance in seminars/project presentations is mandatory.

No student shall enter/leave classrooms without teacher’s permission when academic activity is going on.

Accessing social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) is prohibited within campus.

Students must maintain silence in academic buildings; shouting, loud-speaking, hooting, whistling, and loitering will be treated as indiscipline.

Students should make use of library, computing facilities, and professional activities.

Identity cards must be worn and displayed at all times.

Use of intoxicants, smoking, chewing gum/pan masala, etc., is strictly prohibited.

Access to academic buildings after hours or on holidays requires written permission.

For self-study, use vacant classrooms, library, or labs — not staircases/circulation areas.

Students must keep the campus neat and clean; use garbage bins.

During University exams, students cannot leave the hall within one hour of start; must occupy seats 5 minutes before.

Students must optimally use academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular facilities.

Political activity, unauthorized meetings, propaganda, processions, or fund collections are forbidden.

Unauthorized celebrations or decorations are not permitted.

Students representing the College in events must take prior permission; selection depends on academic performance, attendance, character, and competence.

Scribbling/defacing walls, doors, or furniture is prohibited. Any damage to property will be charged with fine.

Misbehavior towards girl students, staff, or use of violence is considered serious misconduct.

Harassing juniors, ragging, or ill-treatment is punishable as a criminal offence under Hon’ble Supreme Court directives and Haryana Anti-Ragging Act, 2012.

Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode. Unnecessary use is prohibited.

Parties/functions cannot be arranged without prior permission of the Principal.

Students must pay fees on time to avoid fines.
